- Provide service that makes people feel like stars and important. We want to please guests and if it means going out of their way and doing something extra, we deliver their request and the guest won't know if it's an imposition.
- Arrive at each shift on time and impeccably dressed (If applicable, no facial hair and all tattoos covered) and caters to clients' needs and wants.
- Provide service requires a high attention to detail and an effort on the part of the staff to understand the individual being served and to specifically tailor the service so that he or she feels completely at ease.
- Provide service that is uninterrupted by the customer having to educate the staff about their expectations.
- With each interaction with guests provide service that is more than gracious, always smiles, provides flawless service and is willing to go more that all out to please clients, anticipates their needs and exceed their expectations.

The Bell / Valet Attendant provide a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors by parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner.

Basic Job Duties Include:

- Drive guest vehicles from motor court to designated parking area of garage for valet parking and return guest vehicle to motor court for guest pick-up when needed.
- Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
- Inform guests of all safety features and, if time permits, promote hotel outlets.
- Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
- During each guest interaction, Provide "High Five Star Service"
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
- The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and can explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Basic Job Requirements Include:

- Requires good verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Professional appearance No Visible Tattoos and No Facial Hair
- Most work tasks are performed outdoors. There is no effective protection from weather.
- The worker is driving and getting in and out of vehicles most of the day. - Must be able to stand or drive and exert well-paced mobility for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling tasks.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
- Deliver packages and faxes to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bell stand, in the check-in/check-out area, and in the baggage room. Clean the brass bell carts.


Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (manual and automatic). Must have an excellent driving record required.


Must be over 20 years old, possess a valid state driver's license, with clean driving records. Must pass a criminal background check.
